		<description>Hey so I think you are definitely one of the best photoshop teachers out there. But I was wondering do you know how to create a, I guess you would call it, a &quot;magazine&quot; effect or &quot;powder&quot; effect? I posted you a link showing how the these pictures have been photoshopped for even skin tones... but it looks like they powdered the image.
