Hey so I think you are definitely one of the best photoshop teachers out there. But I was wondering do you know how to create a, I guess you would call it, a “magazine” effect or “powder” effect? I posted you a link showing how the these pictures have been photoshopped for even skin tones… but it looks like they powdered the image.
